15 seconds still feels pretty aggressive, especially for energy (seMetering). How about we put up a poll on the Inovelli community and use the results to set values most people will be happy with and won't have to modify? I just started using this new version of the converter, and had to go through every single switch to get back to values I wanted (much longer than the default. My guess is many people will end up doing this...

Edit: I put up a poll at https://community.inovelli.com/t/poll-blue-2-1-default-power-energy-reporting-intervals/13291

15 seconds is the active minimum amount. I believe there are also firmware parameters that control when data is sent from the switch. If you have a very large network of these switches, it might be better to set the setting to something like 30 minutes. But again, if you monitor power it will take 30 minutes to see a change even if a switch is turned off. I think the real problem is that the devices have not enough RAM memory to properly route and that is causing many issues on larger networks.
